Introductory classes:

- suitable for all ages
- previous experience is useful but not essential
- equipment is supplied but bring an exercise mat if you have one
- there is no sign-up or registration - just drop in to any class

More about Liz:

- Liz enjoyed dance from an early age, including classical ballet and modern stage. She danced and acted in amateur musicals.
Practising yoga, Liz enjoys the benifits of the strength and flexibility - the grace, focus and mental equilibrium.
